Some milestones for the Loyal Express Group are the 2014 acquisitions of Transport F. Lussier Inc. and Trans-Atlantis, originally founded in 1977, which are both based in Rougemont Quebec.
2015 brought the acquisition of a group of companies from Anjou Quebec, currently operating under the Loyal Express Global banner whose origins date back to 1986.
The Loyal Express Group acquired Lacaille Transit after over 15 years of success. Based in the South Shore region, Lacaille Transit services Quebec, and Ontario
In 2021 Loyal Express Group acquired Zac-Tranz which was founded in 2000. Due to their expertise, Zac-Tranz became one of the leaders in the Intermodal transport and logistics industry.
The Loyal Express continues its expansion with the announcement of the acquisition of Transport Dugas. With a fleet of more than 120 tractors and trailers, Transport Dugas is a full-service provider of refrigerated truckload and heavy-haul transportation solutions.
The Loyal Express Group’s growth continues with the acquisition of Transport & Entreposage Paradis. With a fleet of more than 50 tractors and 200 trailers, Transport & Entreposage Paradis is a full-service provider of heavy truckload and specialized transportation solutions.
The Loyal Express Group furthered their expansion with the procurement of Michel Rozon Transport in May 2022.
Also in 2022, The Loyal Express Group furthered their expansion with the procurement of Valcourt Transport in Dec 2022.
The Loyal Express Group has grown to a team of over 700 dedicated associates who direct a fleet of over 2200 pieces of equipment for various types of usage and who pride themselves on providing an exceptional service to their customers.
